The Centuria Program is a forge for future leaders in public administration—individuals prepared to tackle the country’s key challenges. We create teams that remain at the disposal of political decision-makers, equipped with top-tier expertise and a strong sense of mission and service to Poland. Centuria not only develops leadership skills but also fosters a deep-seated loyalty to the values of public service. Our goal is to educate a managerial cadre capable of leading Poland into the future with full commitment and dedication.
Each participant commits to dedicating at least three hours per month to the Foundation’s activities, contributing to joint projects. Through this engagement, members enhance their skills and contribute to the common good, building strong bonds and trust within the group. At the same time, they undergo a real evaluation of the reliability and quality of their work.
The program places a strong emphasis on transparency in actions and individual contributions. Information about each person’s involvement is accessible to all, reinforcing accountability and fostering trust and effective cooperation.
Members have priority access to information about ongoing projects and current demand for employees and collaborators. This creates opportunities to expand professional competencies and participate in engaging, paid projects.
The program is limited to a maximum of 100 participants, fostering close and intense relationships. Each member knows the others, strengthening strong bonds and integration within the community. Our mission can be compared to ancient legions, where collaboration, loyalty, and trust formed the foundation of strength and collective success.
Participation in the program involves a monthly contribution to cover the operational costs of the Center, including the office and secretariat. Financial surpluses from these contributions are allocated to projects collectively selected by the group, ensuring full transparency and enabling members to co-decide on the direction of the initiatives undertaken.
Not everyone needs to aspire to the position of CEO or minister, but everyone can play a key role in shaping the future. At Centuria, we create teams built on diverse talents and specializations that complement one another. Those in key positions will be able to recruit collaborators directly from the program, confident that they are surrounding themselves with proven and committed individuals. In this way, we are already laying the foundations for teams that will work together in the future to implement change and drive innovation.
Members of the Centuria program can utilize the Center’s infrastructure to carry out their own projects, provided they align with the values of the Center. Our office, resources, and administrative support are available to those who wish to develop their initiatives and ventures. This allows members to work on their own projects in a supportive environment while simultaneously creating value that aligns with Centuria’s mission and goals.
