He worked as deputy director for organizational matters at the State Medical Institute of the Ministry of Interior and Administration in Warsaw, where he was responsible, among other things, for computerization of the hospitals of the Ministry of Interior and Administration, and previously he was employed at the Ministry of Interior and Administration as deputy director of the Department of Health for e-health. He supervised the e-ID project.
He was the plenipotentiary of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration for computerization. He was the director of a department in the Ministry of Digital Affairs, where he was responsible for creating and developing the government portal gov.pl.
As the Chief Sanitary Inspector’s representative for digitalization, he participated in the SEPIS project – the system received an award from the United Nations. He has a PhD in health sciences, and his dissertation concerned the attitudes of Poles towards e-health and the use of the Internet for medical purposes. He also has an Executive MBA degree and ITIL and Agile PM certificates.
