An expert in strategic management, innovation, and institutional relations, specializing in the design of development processes within strategic sectors of the Polish economy. As President of the CSR Foundation, he drives substantive dialogue between public administration and the private sector while advancing projects focused on state systemic resilience.

He gained extensive professional experience across key corporations in the mining and energy sectors. At KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., he served as Director of the Strategy Department, Advisor to the Management Board, and Executive Board Plenipotentiary for Strategic Development in the Lubuskie Voivodeship. At GAZ-SYSTEM, he led the Innovation and Development Division, overseeing the implementation of advanced technological solutions. He has also served on the Supervisory Board of Polskie Sieci Elektroenergeticzne (PSE).

He is actively engaged in economic and social organizations, having served as Vice President of the Employers’ Organization of Polska Miedź, Vice President of the KGHM Polska Miedź Foundation, and Board Member of the Republican Foundation (Fundacja Republikańska). Currently, he serves as President of the Alumni Circle (Koło Filistrów) of the Aquilonia Polish Academic Corporation.

He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. He completed Executive MBA studies at the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences and an Executive MBA in Innovation Management at Queen Hedvig Academy in collaboration with the Stanford Research Institute (SRI). He is a graduate of the 33rd edition of the School for Political Leaders named after Prof. Zbigniew Pełczyński and is currently pursuing ICF (International Coaching Federation) certification.
