A graduate of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University and the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of International Economic Relations. In 2019, he earned an Executive MBA degree, and in 2021, he completed his doctoral studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. He holds certifications in management methodologies, including Agile Project Management, TenStep Project Management Process, and M_o_R Risk Management.
Since 2012, he has been associated with the Sobieski Institute, where he earned the title of expert in the fields of energy and economy. He collaborated with Prime Minister Beata Szydło and, in 2016, began working at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister as Head of the Strategic Planning Department, later serving as Director of the Department of Social Affairs. He has been actively involved in the implementation of key economic and social projects in Poland, such as the Baltic Pipe and the Central Communication Port (CPK).
From 2019 to 2024, he held managerial positions at Polskie LNG and Gaz-System, including serving as Director of the Strategic Projects Office. He led implementation teams for strategic projects and was directly involved in the LNG Terminal Expansion Program in Świnoujście, the Baltic Pipe Project, and the FSRU Construction Program in the Gulf of Gdańsk.
He has experience as a member of the supervisory boards of Polskie LNG and GPW Benchmark. Privately, he is a father of four sons.
