A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He obtained the prestigious Executive MBA title at the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences and also completed postgraduate studies in management in public administration at the Leon Koźmiński Academy. He combines interdisciplinary education with practice in managing complex projects and institutions of the public and private sectors.

He began his professional career as an entrepreneur, and then – for almost a decade – he was associated with public administration. He served as a member of the board of the Ursynów District of the Capital City of Warsaw, deputy director of the Department of Intellectual Property and Media at the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, and deputy director of the Department of Fuel and Energy Companies at the Ministry of State Assets. He was responsible, among others, for shaping public policies – in particular in the area of ​​creative sectors, digitization of culture and coordination of transformation processes in the energy sector. He also led dialogue with trade unions, including negotiations on sectoral social agreements.

He has many years of legislative experience, including the creation of legal acts, participation in the legislative process, and implementation of legal provisions. He has sat on supervisory boards of companies with State Treasury shareholding, including as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ENEA S.A.

Focuses on strategic management and designing systemic solutions in the areas of public administration and development policies.
