Auditor and manager with experience in industry and the public sector. Specializes in auditing, evaluation and optimization of management processes. Graduate of SGH, UMCS and ALK.
Expert in the evaluation of programs co-financed by EU funds – he gained his first experience in this area in the late 90s as coordinator of the European Program at the Institute of Public Affairs. He then worked in OSCE peacekeeping missions in Kosovo, Serbia and Macedonia, where he implemented reconstruction and social integration programs.
Since 2003, he has been involved in internal audit – he co-created the first audit unit in the public sector (ARiMR), then managed audit and control teams in the railway industry (PKP Intercity, PKP PLK) and the arms industry (PGZ). As a manager of a consulting company, he implemented internal control, risk management and anti-fraud systems in the private and public sectors, including the largest Polish cities and universities.
Expert in the field of social audit and ESG. Lecturer in audit, risk management and ESG at postgraduate studies (including SGH, Poznań University of Economics). Author of publications on risk management, audit and mentoring.
Member of the Board of the association of internal auditors IIA Poland, where he is responsible for, among others, ESG issues. Enthusiast of mentoring, which he promoted in Poland for many years as a Member of the Board of EMCC Poland. Co-organizer and member of the jury of the “Super M” competition promoting good practices in mentoring.
