IT engineer and economist, completed the Executive MBA course in Innovation Management. He has 17 years of professional experience, the last 7 of which in management positions in business environment organizations, think tanks and large corporations. He combines professional work with an engineering passion for learning how technical, economic and social processes work.

For 10 years he has been observing and analyzing legislative changes in Poland and the European Union, specializing in energy and industry regulations, with an emphasis on its production processes, efficiency, digitalization and reporting. He implemented climate policy and a decarbonization plan in one of the largest industrial enterprises in Poland.
