A manager with extensive experience in energy, regulations, and team management. He has held key roles in various organizations, overseeing lobbying efforts, regulatory compliance, and client acquisition. Actively involved in public service, he served for 10 years as a councilor for the Ursynów district and as president of the PROJEKT URSYNÓW Association.

He completed a prestigious Executive MBA program in innovation management at SRI International/Queen Hedvig Academy, as well as postgraduate studies in nuclear energy at the Warsaw School of Economics and political science at the University of Warsaw.

He is the author of numerous industry publications, including reports such as “The Impact of SMR Construction on Local Communities and Regional Development,” “Public Affairs in Poland: Role, Status, and Perspectives,” and “Investment Conditions in Poland.”
