A manager with extensive experience in the energy sector, regulations, and team management. He has held key roles in various organizations, where he was responsible for lobbying, regulatory affairs, and client acquisition. Actively engaged in public service, he served as a councilor for the Ursynow district for 10 years and as president of the PROJEKT URSYNOW Association.

He completed a prestigious Executive MBA program in innovation management at SRI International/Queen Hedvig Academy, as well as postgraduate studies in nuclear energy at the Warsaw School of Economics and political science at the University of Warsaw.

He is the author of numerous industry publications, including reports such as “The Impact of SMR Construction on Local Communities and Regional Development,” “Public Affairs in Poland: Role, Status, and Perspectives,” and “Investment Conditions in Poland.”
