The CSR Young Professionals program is an initiative that brings together a group of young and ambitious individuals who want to prepare themselves to serve the Fatherland as experts or middle and senior managers. Membership in the program guarantees an opportunity for development based on two pillars: strengthening competence and establishing relationships.
The goal of the program is to build a community of professionals for whom loyalty to the state and action for the common good are the cornerstones of political sensitivity, and whose ambitions have a real prospect of materializing in practice thanks to the wide network of contacts – both with peers and experienced managers and policymakers from different backgrounds – built up over the course of the program.
Members of the program have the opportunity to participate in an academy, an educational project during which they will acquire key competencies to help them in their future careers. The classes are held during the academic year on one Saturday a month and each time end with a joint dinner. Each participant who completes the academy will receive not only an appropriate certificate, but also written references from recognized and experienced experts who conduct the classes.
A good expert or manager must distinguish himself not only by professionalism and competence, but also by being a person of integrity, trustworthiness and having the right – pro-state – formation. It is these qualities that are shaped by surrounding oneself with valuable people and networking, which broadens the participants’ career horizon with a network of mentors, researchers and peers with the prospect of dynamic professional development.
The inner dimension of personal development is shaped in the process of self-improvement of character, increasing the level of self-awareness, understanding the mechanisms governing relationships and being inspired by those who have already achieved professional and life success. Why reinvent the wheel when you can draw fully on the knowledge and experience of those who have already walked the path of our dreams? To make this possible, we offer CSR YP members free participation in mentoring and coaching sessions.
Equipped with competence, enjoying a wide network of contacts and the support of a slightly older and more experienced generation, CSR YP members benefit from the opportunity to put their acquired skills into practice. The Center – as part of its internal information system – guarantees them access to interesting job offers, internships, apprenticeships and participation in industry events, such as conferences or congresses, as well as study visits to various companies and institutions.
