The School of Strategy is a unique, modern educational program whose mission is to shape leaders capable of long-term thinking and acting based on a conscious strategic perspective. The vision of the Center for Development Strategies and the mission of the School of Strategy address the same fundamental issue: the lack of long-term thinking and continuity in key areas of state development. While the CDS points the way forward – emphasizing the need to build a non-partisan consensus and lasting foundations for Poland’s development – the School of Strategy provides the tools to achieve it, training leaders capable of strategic thinking that transcends current political cycles and short-term interests.
Both initiatives share the conviction that Poland’s future depends on the quality of cooperation, awareness of geopolitical challenges, and the ability of responsible elites to strategically define key interests. Combining the potential of the Center for Development Strategies and the School of Strategy creates a coherent space – spanning from diagnosing challenges and defining development priorities to developing the competencies necessary for their effective implementation in practice.
This project aligns with the values and goals of the Center for Development Strategies, which focus on building the competencies of the future and supporting responsible leadership. At the same time, it constitutes a natural extension of the School of Strategy’s activities, amplifying its impact and development opportunities.
Responding to the challenges of a dynamically changing world, the School of Strategy program combines an in-depth analysis of geopolitics, policy mechanisms, and institutional operations with practical tools, such as strategic simulations, war games, and analytical workshops.
The program is aimed at ambitious representatives of public administration, business, and expert communities who want to make a real impact on their organizations’ environment and make decisions based on solid strategic foundations.
